The LEFA Print team are passionate about print, and part of that is having the best tools at our disposal to get the work done. As such LEFA has made recent substantial investments in the very latest technology across all areas to ensure clients demands and values are met.
The production process is controlled using our Management Information System, which tracks the progress of a job from estimate to dispatch.
We have a great pre-press set up with Macs able to accept all the standard industry file formats and a Sherpa proofing system that allows a range of proofing options to ensure accurate results. We also have AGFA computer to plate technology that means all aspects of quality are under our control with minimal environmental impact.
Our Heidelberg B2 presses produce excellent results, with the latest inline coating and drip coating facilities. We also have GTO presses, which allow us to efficiently produce smaller litho jobs.
Investment in Xerox digital printing equipment allows us to offer high quality, personalised, rapid, short run printing services that link seamlessly into our lithographic print.
Finally trimming, folding, stitching and drilling are all carried out in house, along with the inserting, mailing and distribution of finished items.
